This exercise is about you and your pussy. Set aside at least an hour for you to explore and meet your pussy. Turn off your cell phone. Put on your favorite music. The only supply you need is a hand held mirror, pen and paper or laptop, and lube.
Choose a comfortable place to lie down with plenty of pillow, either on your bed or on the floor, leaning against the wall. Prop the mirror in front of you at an angle where you can see your pussy fully.
Observe the outside of your pussy. Notice any marks, the feel and color of your hair and play with it; pulling and caressing it. Notice the size, color and texture of the outer labia. Touch her. Feel the sensation of her in your fingertips. Describe your pussy out loud as though you are her lover telling her how she looks. Talk to her.
Open the outer lips to observe the inside. Feel the texture of the inner lips. Move them around and see how she dances with your fingers. Notice that the color of your pussy changes with your attention on it.
Pull the hood back to see your clit. There is a spot on the upper left hand quadrant where 8000 nerve endings coalesced. It’s the most sensitive spot on a woman’s clitoris and is there purely for pleasure. Explore your clit. Dip your index finger with a little bit of lube and stroke your clit.
Take some time to be curious, the way you would a new lover. Open your senses to include how she taste and smell.
Listen to your pussy
Your pussy is raw and unfiltered. She speaks with truth and desire. Her language is potent. She is desire. She is not afraid or scared, she doesn’t filter herself, doesn’t doubt or judge. Let her voice out.
Listen to what your pussy wants to say to you. She has unfiltered desires. Does she want more or less sex? Does she want more freedom? Does she want you to say ‘yes’ more? Is she hungry? Is she happy? Talk to your pussy. Have a conversation with her and give her a place to come out. When she is happy, she will make sure that you are happy. Your pussy is your source for power.
Write a letter to your pussy
Write a letter to her. Allow the words to flow and say whatever you want to say. Describe what you saw and how that affected you. Talk about your relationship to her. Tell her what you haven’t said before. Tell her how you want to connect to her. Be gentle with her and let her know you are listening to her.
After you have written the letter, put it in a sealed envelope with her name on it and put it in a place where you can come back to it and read it again at a later date.
Consider emailing me a copy of the letter so it can become part of a larger movement of women connecting with their pussies.
